All orders are made to order and are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. SKII MASK BANDITZ™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
